I have started this little space on the internet to serve as a "resting place" for all info I gather on gluten free products.

I have been G-free since September of 2007, and am learning more each and every day. My recent self-made epiphany, is that the gluten found in health, beauty, and household products has been taking a silent toll on my body. It explains the "un-explainable" of the doctors, and I am hoping will eliviate the unpleasantries I've been experiencing with my hair, skin, and "random" unexplained various bouts of feeling just plain yuck
